***** Delegate Rule Change ***** **************************** The rules were changed at the annual to read "the following people are eligible to be a club's delegate: the club assigned delegate, the president, the vice president, the secretary, and the treasurer (in this order). If one of the above is not able to attend the meeting, the club president can send a letter to the secretary (two weeks prior to the meeting) requesting another member of the club be their representative (all delegates at the meetings will be required to be a member of the club that they are representing). |
